Technical Compliance Engineer 100%

Scott Sports seeks a Technical Compliance Engineer in Givisiez, Switzerland, to coordinate product safety activities, manage regulatory documentation, and support development teams with technical expertise.

This role focuses on ensuring that products meet global safety and regulatory standards. The engineer coordinates conformity assessments, tracks legislative changes, and provides technical guidance to internal teams, thereby supporting the company's commitment to product safety worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage conformity assessment processes for personal protective equipment by collaborating with suppliers, laboratories, and Notified Bodies.
• Review and share test outcomes with product development groups to inform design decisions.
• Develop, update, and refine internal guidelines and workflows related to product compliance.
• Handle the submission, evaluation, and storage of technical compliance records.
• Track and evaluate changes in laws, standards, and regulations across key markets.
• Engage in technical standard committees and industry working groups focused on compliance.
• Provide advice and support to sales and product development departments on technical regulatory issues.
• Oversee the accuracy of compliance information shared with customers, including digital content.
• Present complex regulatory findings and test data to various stakeholders in a clear manner.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrate fluent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Be eligible to work and willing to perform duties on-site in Switzerland.

• Familiarity with technical standards, conformity assessment procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
