Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional leadership for existing and next-generation software platforms.

- Represent the company in standardization bodies and build internal and external professional networks.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, Dr. sc. techn. (ETH), or equivalent qualification in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in embedded systems development, architecture, and real-time design.
- Deep expertise in Embedded C/C++, including safety and robustness methods, software quality metrics, and test-driven development.
- Strong background in industrial environments with familiarity in regulated sectors such as functional safety or metrology.
- Proven experience in corporate governance and committee participation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Competent German language proficiency.
