The company is looking for a professional to join its Southern European team in Zurich. The position involves supporting clients through operational and strategic guidance while collaborating with a cross-functional group on product and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate medical, financial, and specialized risks across various Life and Health insurance products.
- Share underwriting expertise and best practices to help improve internal frameworks and workflows.
- Strengthen the company's reputation within target markets.
- Manage client relationships, including interactions with C-suite executives.
- Support the organization in becoming a leading underwriting partner for client challenges.
Requirements
- Native fluency in Turkish.
- Prior work experience in Turkey.
- Excellent command of English.
- Background in Life and Health underwriting or a medical field (e.g., medicine, physiotherapy, nursing).
- Familiarity with Life and Health product development, project management, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to convert technical insights into clear commercial proposals.
- Comfort with technology and innovation.
- Willingness to lead tasks, drive projects, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Readiness to travel and support local partners across Southern Europe.
- Confidence in communicating with senior clients and experience in marketing reinsurance services.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional Southern European languages, particularly Arabic or Italian.
What the company offers
- Base salary between CHF 96,000 and CHF 144,000 for full-time employment.
