Michael Page seeks a Mid-level UI/UX Designer for a one-year on-site contract in Lausanne to create intuitive digital interfaces and maintain design systems.
The company is looking for a designer to transform business needs and user requirements into polished web and mobile interfaces. This role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that align with business goals and user needs.
- Create elegant and consistent interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Ensure all designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Manage and expand the Figma workspace, including component libraries and design system assets.
- Keep design files organized, version-controlled, and current.
- Refine designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and users.
- Advocate for UX best practices and clearly explain design choices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and design reviews.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of digital products.
- Advanced skills in Figma, particularly in components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to create and maintain design systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality user experiences.
- Ability to handle multiple feedback cycles and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
