Goldman Sachs Bank AG seeks a Wealth Management Associate (BDP) in Geneva to support Private Wealth Advisors with client strategies, portfolio analysis, and business development, with a structured path to become a Private Wealth Advisor.

This position sits within the Private Wealth Management division, which designs tailored wealth strategies for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and select institutions. Business Development Professionals assist current clients with investment and service needs while learning through an apprenticeship model to eventually transition into Private Wealth Advisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to execute wealth management strategies for clients.
• Create marketing materials for potential clients.
• Evaluate investment portfolios for risk and return profiles.
• Carry out portfolio rebalancing and trade execution.
• Investigate internal and external investment options for asset allocation.
• Offer client service and administrative support to the team.
• Identify new prospective clients via cold outreach.
• Act as the team’s expert on the client relationship management system.
• Join prospective client meetings and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate team meetings and track action items.
• Share Goldman Sachs Research and ISG market insights with advisors, clients, and prospects.
• Coordinate with Investment Management product groups to address client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services.
• Desire to pursue a career as a Private Wealth Advisor.
• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced setting and maintain clarity under pressure.
• Deep interest in financial markets and strong commercial instinct.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various internal partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a team-oriented approach.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional networks.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• Solid project management and organizational capabilities.
