Wealth Management Consultant with KYC/AML review experience

Capco seeks a Wealth Management Consultant with KYC/AML expertise for a fixed-term role in Zürich. The position focuses on regulatory compliance, client file remediation, and strategic transformation within the Swiss financial sector.

This consultant role supports clients in the financial services industry, primarily through a large-scale KYC/AML review and remediation program. It is a fixed-term contract that may be extended, offering a chance to engage in strategic transformation projects within Swiss banking and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic transformation initiatives in Swiss banking and wealth management, emphasizing regulatory and compliance matters.
• Execute client file reviews and quality assurance checks for banking clients.
• Lead comprehensive KYC and AML analysis for wealth management portfolios and manage necessary remediation efforts.
• Address complex or non-standard cases proactively and efficiently.
• Communicate, report, and escalate intricate issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
• Assist in marketing Capco’s capabilities in Wealth, Asset Management, and Risk & Compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in compliance roles, such as client onboarding, review, investigation, or controls, within banks, wealth managers, or consulting firms.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong service mindset and proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to manage heavy workloads effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on setting and meeting priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience reviewing KYC files in private banking, wealth management, or corporate and institutional banking.
• Deep understanding of wealth structuring gained through client reviews or wealth planning experience.
• Proficiency in German.
