Assistant Human Resources (d/m/w)

Holy Fashion Group seeks a Junior Assistant Human Resources professional in Kreuzlingen to support recruitment, personnel administration, and employer branding initiatives on-site.

This position focuses on providing comprehensive support to the HR Business Partner, managing daily personnel administration tasks with precision, and contributing to the strategic development of the company's employer brand and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents such as contracts and job advertisements.
• Handle administrative and organizational duties to ensure efficient daily operations and reliable personnel record management.
• Contribute to HR marketing efforts by developing strategies to enhance the employer brand and managing social media channels related to human resources.

Requirements

• Completion of commercial vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• Proficiency in English at a very good level.
• Strong practical knowledge of MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Specialized studies or focus in Human Resources Management, HR, or Employer Branding.
• Prior professional experience in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with SAP HR systems.
