Associate Consultant / Consultant Financial Services (Focus CRM / BSI)

Synpulse seeks a Junior Consultant in Zürich to advise financial clients on CRM and MarTech strategies, blending technical configuration with business analysis in a hybrid role.

This position focuses on guiding banks and insurance providers through the design and rollout of customer relationship management systems. The consultant serves as a key advisor, helping clients navigate every stage from initial concept to final deployment while ensuring solutions align with their specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Guiding banking and insurance clients in defining CRM and marketing technology strategies.
• Evaluating customer journeys and business needs to create customized, data-centric CRM approaches.
• Contributing to CRM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system setup, testing, and change management.
• Helping to plan project timelines, manage deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Supporting business development efforts by assisting in the acquisition of new clients and projects.
• Working closely with clients and external ecosystem partners to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business, preferably with a focus on Financial Services.
• A strong interest in complex IT systems and a natural affinity for technology.
• Proven ability to solve problems and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Fluency in both German and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both business and IT stakeholders.
• A structured, goal-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
