Synpulse seeks a Senior Banking Consultant in Zürich to guide financial institutions through complex transformations, combining strategic advisory with technical implementation planning.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions, helping them navigate intricate transformation projects. You will serve as a driving force within interdisciplinary teams, balancing high-level strategic consulting with hands-on technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide management consulting services, addressing both strategic and operational client needs.
• Develop technical concepts and create detailed implementation plans.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and manage key stakeholder interactions.
• Own the subject matter content and expertise within assigned projects.
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree from a reputable university or university of applied sciences.
• Possess 2–4 years of professional experience in the financial sector or consulting industry.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in IT and artificial intelligence.
• Communicate fluently in both German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Exhibit an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach.
• Showcase excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• Work effectively in teams with strong social competence.
• Be willing to travel for project requirements.
