The company is looking for a trusted advisor to guide major banks and insurance providers through the design and deployment of modern customer relationship management systems. This position requires supporting clients from the initial vision phase all the way to final implementation, ensuring that solutions are future-oriented and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Advising banking and insurance clients on the strategy and conception of CRM systems
- Leading or contributing to diverse projects focused on introducing new CRM solutions
- Assisting in the acquisition of new business opportunities and client projects
- Managing sub-projects across various locations in Switzerland, with potential for international assignments
- Collaborating closely with clients and ecosystem partners to deliver results
Requirements
- A Master's degree from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
- Proven practical experience in the financial sector and in implementing CRM systems
- Strong proficiency in both German and English, at least at B2 level
- A structured and goal-oriented approach to work
