Associate Consultant, Insolvency Support Team

Teneo AG seeks an Associate Consultant for its Insolvency Support Team in Switzerland. This junior, hybrid role handles administrative duties, data entry, and document preparation to support insolvency practitioners and ensure regulatory compliance.

This administrative position provides essential support to the Insolvency Support Team at Teneo AG. The role focuses on handling day-to-day operational tasks and offering ad-hoc assistance to the broader team, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping for insolvency cases.

Responsibilities

• Input creditor information into the Insolvency Practitioners’ case management system (IPS).
• Draft statutory documents, letters, and prepare receipts alongside payment accounts.
• Review and reconcile company bank statements while analysing basic financial data.
• Prepare statutory submissions for conduct reports and assist with internal compliance reporting.
• Deliver regular project updates to the delivery team.
• Maintain high-quality written output for external stakeholders, adhering to firm and regulatory standards.
• Provide flexible support to the wider Insolvency Support Team as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• At least one year of experience in a corporate or office-based environment.
• Strong data entry and validation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A flexible work ethic and the capacity to thrive as an enthusiastic team player.

Nice to have

• Prior experience using an Insolvency Practitioners’ case management system.
