Jet Aviation seeks a Junior Associate Project Manager for Completions in Basel to support VIP aircraft delivery projects and develop into a full Project Manager role.
This position serves as a developmental role within the Completions division, designed to help the incumbent grow into a full Project Manager capacity. The successful candidate will assist the Program Director in executing highly customized aircraft completion projects, taking ownership of specific sub-projects and PMO initiatives while learning the intricacies of the aerospace business.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Director in delivering VIP aircraft completion projects, including managing selected sub-projects and PMO tasks.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Design, Sales, and PMO teams to ensure timely execution aligned with scope and milestones.
- Track project progress, follow up on open items, prepare reports, and maintain visibility on schedules, risks, and priorities.
- Support the evaluation of change requests and help track risks and issues throughout program execution.
- Prepare and lead internal project meetings, document decisions, and ensure agreed actions are followed up in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new tools, standards, and process improvements within Completion programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, project management, engineering management, or a related field.
- Practical experience in aerospace, project management, sales, finance, or a related business environment.
- Good understanding of the aerospace industry, completions environment, and customer-driven project execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Results-driven, structured, and disciplined, with a reliable and accountable way of working.
- Able to work effectively across functions and bring clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Pragmatic problem solver with strong business and financial awareness.

Nice to have
- Associate in project management (CAPM) certification is preferred.
- German and French are an asset.
