Completions Program Director

Jet Aviation seeks a Completions Program Director in Basel to lead high-value VIP aircraft completion programs, managing the full lifecycle from planning to delivery while ensuring precision and innovation.

This position is responsible for directing large-scale, high-value VIP aircraft completion programs. The role ensures that every project reflects the company’s standards of innovation, precision, and craftsmanship. The director manages the entire program lifecycle, from initial financial oversight and planning through to final delivery, while guiding a dedicated team and collaborating across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary connection point between clients, internal departments, and executive leadership.
• Convert client visions into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across all functions.
• Lead complex, multi-million-dollar programs with discipline and agility.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks using a data-driven approach.
• Own the negotiation strategy throughout the program lifecycle.
• Build trust, align diverse stakeholders, and achieve outcomes that balance commercial success with long-term partnership value.
• Serve as an ambassador of Jet Aviation and the General Dynamics network.
• Engage confidently with customers, partners, and industry leaders.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex VIP completion or MRO programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Skilled in program and project management.
• Highly financially savvy, with strong business acumen and full P&L ownership experience.
• Data-driven decision maker, using analytics and risk management.
