ATM Operations Manager

Cryptonow seeks an ATM Operations Manager to lead Switzerland’s largest crypto ATM network, overseeing technical operations, partner relations, and team management on-site.

The company is looking for a manager to direct the strategic and daily operations of its extensive crypto ATM infrastructure across Switzerland. This position involves guiding a team of technical and regional professionals while ensuring network performance, compliance, and expansion goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the ATM network throughout Switzerland.
• Identify and onboard new ATM host partners, including negotiating and managing contractual agreements.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with all existing host partners nationwide.
• Monitor daily network performance, handle incidents, and optimize system uptime.
• Coordinate with service providers, logistics partners, and internal field teams to meet service level agreements.
• Prioritize and resolve technical support tickets requiring on-site attention.
• Assist field technicians with ATM installation, relocation, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Create and enforce operational procedures based on data-driven performance metrics.
• Oversee the deployment of new machines, hardware upgrades, and technology improvements.
• Perform server infrastructure maintenance, including system updates and security patches.
• Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an operations management capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and precision in work output.
• Reliability, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Educational background in a technical discipline.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and system monitoring tools.
• Basic server administration skills, specifically with Linux.
• Fluency in both German and English.
