The company seeks a Card Operations Team Manager in Zürich to lead fraud prevention and operations for its corporate card program, managing a team and optimizing risk strategies.

This position focuses on steering the fraud strategy and daily operations for the corporate card program, ensuring secure transactions while maintaining high approval rates for clients.
Responsibilities
- Establish the comprehensive fraud risk approach for the corporate card program.
- Oversee and direct all fraud prevention and operational activities related to the card offerings.
- Create, deploy, and track risk policies and metrics to balance authorization approval rates with fraud reduction.
- Partner with product, engineering, and external collaborators to build tools that support fraud strategies.
- Generate reports and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide the card operations specialist team.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of payment authorization processes through global card networks like Visa or Mastercard.
- Prior experience in fraud prevention within a card issuer, network, or processor.
- Strong expertise in fraud prevention policies and systems for credit and debit cards, ideally corporate cards.
- Proven ability to work with partner banks and regulators to meet reporting and compliance standards.
- Solid technical grasp of authentication and fraud tools, including 3D Secure, Transaction Risk Analysis, Risk Scoring Models, and Rule Engines.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to meet targets while balancing client experience and controls.
- Familiarity with fraud operations such as dispute management and chargebacks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency; German and other languages are advantageous.
