Cembra Money Bank AG seeks a Manager for Head Origination in Zürich. The role focuses on leading the origination team, driving digital transformation, and ensuring operational excellence within a hybrid work model.

This position involves steering the end-to-end value chain, implementing intelligent automation and AI-driven processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability to support sustainable growth and enhanced customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, and Commercial teams to create seamless customer journeys and execute strategic growth plans.
• Monitor and improve business performance by defining clear KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics, and productivity indicators, relying on data for decision-making.
• Maintain strong risk management, regulatory compliance, governance standards, and operational resilience across all origination activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in converting strategic goals into scalable operational capabilities and lasting business results.
• A university degree or equivalent professional qualification, alongside extensive leadership experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors, with a history of managing large operational teams.
• A strong background in digital transformation, process modernization, and large-scale change initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
• Deep knowledge of customer journey management, data-driven performance steering, automation, AI, and operational excellence.
• An inspirational and resilient leadership style with a growth mindset, capable of building high-performing teams and navigating complexity.
• Fluency in English.
