Avionics Technician

Anavia in Näfels, CH, is hiring a Mid-level Avionics Technician for an onsite role. The position focuses on assembly, testing, and process improvement within a rapidly growing unmanned aviation team.

As the company expands quickly, this role is designed to help define the future of unmanned aviation. The successful candidate will take full ownership of assembly, testing, and process improvement tasks, ensuring high standards are met while contributing to the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Execute sub-assembly and final-assembly tasks.
• Install and fit electrical and avionics systems.
• Work with engineers and fellow technicians to solve assembly issues and enhance processes.
• Conduct system tests to verify functionality and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Communicate proactively about issues and work independently.
• Follow the employment contract, safety instructions, quality manual, and process specifications.
• Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

Requirements

• A completed technical education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable technical role.
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical systems.
• Structured and process-oriented work style.
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Swiss or EU citizenship.
