Bioanalytical Laboratory Technician (80 - 100%)

Celerion seeks a Bioanalytical Laboratory Technician to conduct high-quality bioanalytical measurements in a GLP-certified lab, supporting preclinical and clinical drug development for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

This position is integral to the preclinical and clinical drug development process. The successful candidate will work within a GLP-certified bioanalytical laboratory, performing precise analyses that directly contribute to the creation of innovative medicines for pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bioanalytical testing of pharmaceutical compounds in biological samples using LC-MS/MS or immunoassay techniques.
• Prepare samples and operate advanced LC-MS/MS equipment.
• Plan, carry out, and document bioanalytical assays in compliance with GLP standards.
• Execute method validations and assist with analyses for preclinical and clinical studies.
• Review analytical data to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Support daily laboratory operations, including equipment upkeep and quality assurance tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements to laboratory workflows.

Requirements

• Vocational training as a Chemical, Biological, or Medical Laboratory Technician (CTA, BTA, MTA, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience handling biological samples.
• Solid understanding of biochemistry, analytical chemistry, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
• Meticulous, organized, and quality-driven work approach.
• Strong documentation abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in regulated environments such as GLP, GCP, GMP, or ISO settings.
