Boutique Assistant

Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant in Zurich to support Sales Advisors and deliver exceptional client experiences within a High Jewelry Maison.

This position is based in Zurich and places the candidate within a global luxury leader. The role focuses on supporting the client journey and embodying the Maison's values of refinement and poetic innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Advisors with seamless and elegant operational support.
• Oversee the complete client journey, including preparation, presentation, and follow-up of creations.
• Maintain and elevate the distinguished Client Experience standards of the Maison.
• Ensure memorable client interactions through warm welcomes and artistic presentation techniques.
• Help Sales Advisors with clienteling tasks and preparation for prestigious High Jewellery events.
• Represent the brand's timeless elegance and creative spirit in all interactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrate adaptability, empathy, and strong listening skills.
• Show a deep passion for High Jewellery and the Van Cleef & Arpels universe.
• Feel comfortable in a refined boutique setting with diverse clients.
• Speak fluent Swiss German, German, and English.
• Have prior experience in luxury hospitality or the high-end retail sector.

• Ability to communicate in a fourth language.
