Business Compliance Manager (Crypto)

Revolution Digital Services AG seeks a Business Compliance Manager to guide crypto product launches and ensure regulatory adherence in a remote, full-time capacity.

This position serves as the primary compliance partner for the cryptocurrency division, directly influencing how new features are introduced, expanded, and communicated globally. The role focuses on converting intricate regulatory landscapes into practical, product-ready strategies that balance consumer protection with business agility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Growth departments to provide guidance on consumer and cryptocurrency regulations.
• Manage compliance oversight for yield, decentralized finance (DeFi), and derivative offerings.
• Facilitate the approval and launch processes for new crypto features and product rollouts.
• Evaluate and authorize customer-facing communications and marketing content.
• Lead post-launch reviews to ensure regulatory decisions are well-documented and defensible.
• Convert changing regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Perform horizon scanning and support business-as-usual compliance tasks, including key risk indicators (KRIs), business control indicators (BCIs), and sentiment analysis.
• Develop pragmatic solutions that safeguard consumers without slowing down development speed.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply regulations within a commercial setting.
• Background working in a leading bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, high-growth tech company, or strategy consultancy.
• Deep understanding of the intersection between compliance risk and business risk.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within the cryptocurrency sector.
• Familiarity with crypto-native products and their technical details.
• Knowledge of MiFID regulations or equivalent frameworks.
