Business Process Lead - ERP Supply Chain (f/m/d)

Takeda Pharma AG seeks a Senior Business Process Lead for ERP Supply Chain in Zürich. This on-site role drives global digital supply chain governance, ERP process definition, and change management.

The company is looking for a global champion for digital supply chain business processes to ensure operations are efficient, effective, and compliant. The incumbent will lead governance for specific supply chain domains, define core ERP templates including process flows and data quality standards, and support the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4Hana.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and process flows to integrate Global Operating Procedures into system capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality system deployment by following software engineering best practices and approving business readiness.
• Lead the Community of Practice and implement global operational training plans.
• Drive change management efforts to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model changes.
• Collect and align IT requirements from GSC, Finance, and LOC functions for Supply Chain IT systems.
• Contribute process knowledge to ensure a smooth transition from SAP ECC to SAP S4Hana.
• Maintain robust documentation of process flows within the SAP Signavio process manager module.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Supply Chain Organization or Supply Chain IT Organization.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading the integration of processes into an ERP system, such as JDE and/or SAP.
• Experience in interfacing EDI transactions with SAP systems, including EDI mapping of purchase order and advanced shipment notification transaction sets.
• Experience in Change Management activities, including change impact assessments, business readiness assessments and communication.
