Takeda Pharma AG seeks a Senior Manager to lead global business process governance for Supply Chain ERP systems in Zürich, focusing on digital transformation and compliance.
This position acts as the central authority for Supply Chain business process governance on a global scale. The incumbent is responsible for driving the adoption of digital processes to ensure operations are both efficient and compliant. By partnering with IT and various business units, the role integrates workflows into systems that deliver value to customers and patients. Additionally, the role establishes the foundational templates for ERP capabilities, covering process flows, validation standards, and change management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the documentation and process flows required to embed Global Operating Procedures into SAP Supply Chain Network capabilities.
- Guarantee high-quality system deployments by applying software engineering best practices and serving as the primary point of contact for business readiness.
- Direct the Community of Practice and develop global training initiatives using platforms such as Veeva, Bloom, and SC Academy.
- Drive employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model changes across the Supply Chain organization and Local Operating Companies.
- Gather and align requirements from Global Supply Chain, Finance, and Local Operating Companies to inform the design of Supply Chain IT systems.
- Facilitate the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by providing process expertise and maintaining robust documentation in SAP Signavio.
Requirements
- A degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Operations Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience within Supply Chain or Supply Chain IT organizations, demonstrating a strong grasp of end-to-end ERP processes.
- Minimum five years of experience leading the integration of business processes into ERP environments, specifically JDE and/or SAP.
- Proven expertise in handling EDI transactions with SAP systems, including mapping for purchase orders and advanced shipment notifications.
- Strong background in Change Management, including conducting impact assessments, evaluating business readiness, and executing communication plans.
