Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the assigned service station before shifts.
- Introduce the menu to guests and highlight daily specials or promotional offers.
- Deliver food and beverages following the specific service protocols of the hotel group.
- Regularly check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction during the meal.
- Oversee the flow of service from start to finish, addressing any needs promptly.
- Welcome and assist guests in line with 5-star hospitality principles and Swiss Deluxe expectations.

Requirements
- Possession of a valid Swiss work permit or an EU passport.
