Requirements

• Demonstrated background in a top executive position, ideally within events, hospitality, or real estate.
• Sharp business insight combined with strategic planning capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership and communication competencies.
• Capacity to handle intricate projects and lead diverse teams.
• Fluency in both German and English.
