Chromeleon Method Template Specialist

Solvias seeks a Chromeleon Method Template Specialist for a one-year contract to manage the migration from version 7.2.10 to 7.3.2, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The company is looking for a specialist to handle the translation, modification, and verification of Chromeleon methods and report templates during a system upgrade. This position is a fixed-term role lasting one year, focused on supporting the transition from Chromeleon 7.2.10 to 7.3.2 while maintaining functional equivalence and data integrity across laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing Chromeleon objects from version 7.2.10 to the 7.3.2 environment
• Evaluate legacy configurations to determine necessary adaptations
• Guarantee that migrated methods maintain functional equivalence and data integrity
• Carry out controlled migration processes, including comprehensive testing
• Provide support for the broader upgrade program
• Develop, adjust, and upkeep Chromeleon templates
• Standardize templates to ensure consistency across all laboratories
• Manage template libraries and associated documentation
• Conduct regular reviews to verify compliance and consistency
• Improve templates for better usability and operational efficiency
• Assist in the validation of templates and analytical methods
• Write and review validation documentation

Requirements

• Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
• Proven experience with Chromeleon CDS
• Background in method configuration and reporting
• Strong knowledge of CDS and chromatography
• Understanding of GxP and data integrity principles
• Familiarity with change control processes
• Ability to translate analytical workflows into system configurations
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in system migrations preferred
• Exposure to CSV in GxP environments
