SIRVA SA seeks a Client Network Manager to oversee strategic client partnerships and supplier networks, ensuring operational excellence and business growth through data-driven insights and relationship management.
This position focuses on managing strategic client account partnerships while optimizing supplier network performance. The role aims to support customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth by combining supplier relationship management, data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main supply chain liaison and trusted advisor for designated client accounts.
- Foster strong connections with client mobility teams, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, negotiation, contracting, performance management, quality assurance, and ongoing development.
- Develop and execute client-specific supplier strategies that maximize value, drive innovation, increase revenue opportunities, and optimize costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and service delivery against agreed service level agreements and client expectations.
- Produce tailored reporting and insights covering network performance, spend analysis, market trends, supplier initiatives, and strategic recommendations.
- Support client implementations, system rollouts, and project initiatives involving dedicated supplier networks.
- Lead supplier communications, training initiatives, and best practice development to drive global consistency and continuous improvement.
- Participate in recurring client business reviews, providing supply chain updates, analysis, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Network Managers to improve supplier performance and service outcomes.
- Support operations teams with supplier escalations and identify proactive solutions to mitigate risks and service failures.
- Conduct market research and analyze supplier and industry trends to provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supplier management, procurement, vendor management, relocation, or a related industry.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Commercial awareness with experience in supplier negotiations and performance management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing capabilities.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Experience within the global mobility, relocation, or destination services industry.
- Understanding of e-procurement systems and supplier management tools.
- Experience delivering presentations to clients or leading stakeholder discussions.
- Knowledge of cross-cultural and international business environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Master's degree considered an advantage.
- CRP, GMS, CIPS, or similar professional certification.
- Experience supporting client implementations, strategic projects, or supplier network optimization initiatives.
