This role is responsible for preparing meals and managing kitchen workflows. The position ensures that all food production meets quality benchmarks while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all meals.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate kitchen processes at individual stations.
- Ensure quality standards and an optimal production process.
- Ensure compliance with the hygiene and safety measures (HACCP).
- Careful and responsible handling of food and raw materials.
- Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Health certificate, instruction according to IFSG.
- Good knowledge of German.
