This position entails full responsibility for the professional development and staffing of a group of consultants within the Swiss office. The coordinator will collaborate closely with consultants, partners, and other team members to ensure effective team composition and career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key clients, industry trends, and internal staffing resources.
  • Assign consultants to projects in a way that maximizes their experience and supports their growth.
  • Assist project leaders and partners in building teams and navigating staffing decisions.
  • Track career progress and provide constructive feedback to consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal mentors and practice leads to create timely development opportunities.
  • Establish trusting relationships with consultants to identify their career goals and needs.
  • Manage data flow and reporting within required internal systems.
  • Produce sector-specific reports to support leadership decision-making in the Industrials division.
  • Organize community-building events, mentoring sessions, and connection formats.
  • Take on ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent vocational education with advanced qualifications.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in human resources, staffing, professional development, or talent management.
  • Exhibit strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Make rational decisions grounded in data, facts, and logical analysis.
  • Create high-quality work products, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, articles, and written deliverables.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to gather, visualize, and interpret HR-related data.
  • Communicate fluently and effectively in English.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a professional services firm, consulting environment, or fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Additional proficiency in German is preferred.
