This internship focuses on imagining and developing new food ideas that merge culinary artistry with scientific knowledge. The intern will work alongside scientific teams and innovation specialists to build prototypes, support internal events, and inject fresh perspectives into product development, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to launch their career.
Responsibilities
- Designing novel food concepts and prototypes that transform scientific findings into appealing culinary experiences.
- Partnering with scientific groups to investigate how research can drive meaningful product development.
- Preparing culinary prototypes and demonstrations for internal tastings, events, and innovation discussions.
- Sharing new ideas and practical solutions while learning the innovation processes within a scientific setting.
- Presenting concepts clearly and confidently, tailoring communication to various audiences and project requirements.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in culinary creation, food innovation, or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in how research informs new product ideas.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
