Crypto Finance AG seeks a Mid-level Cross-Product Platform Owner in Zürich to bridge front office, clients, and technology, ensuring scalable API-driven solutions and smooth operational workflows.
The company is looking for a professional to maintain and enhance its cross-product platform, acting as the vital link between technical teams, client users, and front-office operations. This role focuses on refining run-the-business workflows, optimizing system integrations, and ensuring that platform capabilities support efficient, customer-centric financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction and integration roadmap for the cross-product platform.
- Design and refine workflows that connect various products and services.
- Partner with Product Managers to align platform features with business and user needs.
- Assist customers and partners in implementing solutions via APIs and other integration methods.
- Collect user feedback and convert business needs into actionable platform updates.
- Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize and execute platform improvements.
- Maintain a consistent, scalable, and user-focused experience across all offerings.
- Provide guidance on best practices for API usage, integrations, and workflow design.
- Manage platform capabilities related to operational tasks and activities.
- Identify ways to streamline accounting processes and data flows.
- Serve as a Level 2 support expert for production incidents.
- Act as the business release manager for new platform software deployments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in roles such as Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst, or Solution Consultant.
- Deep understanding of APIs, system integrations, and interoperability.
- Proven experience supporting customers or partners with technical integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial processes, or ERP systems.
- Experience in Agile product development environments.
- Understanding of workflow automation and business process design.
- Knowledge of Front-to-back workflows, including basic accounting flows.
- Experience with operational workflow management.
- Knowledge of swift-based payments and reports.
