Haute Aviation seeks a Customer Service Representative in Opfikon to manage the end-to-end client experience for private charter flights, ensuring precision and high standards of service.
This position is responsible for overseeing the complete customer journey following the sale of a charter flight. The role ensures that all logistical and service aspects are handled with care, acting as the central point of contact to guarantee a seamless experience for clients from confirmation through to the completion of their travel.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with speed and professionalism
- Manage the full lifecycle of charter bookings from confirmation to final completion
- Coordinate catering arrangements, including specific dietary needs and passenger preferences
- Organize passenger data, ground transport, and other individual travel logistics
- Communicate with clients, flight crews, operations teams, handling agents, and partners
- Track active flights and keep clients informed with relevant status updates
- Address and resolve operational or service-related issues promptly
- Maintain precise booking records, documentation, and internal files
- Provide support to the sales and operations departments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared service and business goals
- Participate in a rotational schedule for evening and weekend coverage
- Attend international aviation events occasionally
Requirements
- Professional background in private aviation, charter operations, or VIP customer service
- Fluent command of both German and English in written and spoken forms
- Valid authorization to work in Switzerland
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
