Cyber Resilience professional (m/f/d)

E-GENERALI seeks a Senior Cyber Resilience professional to lead business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring the organization can withstand and recover from cyber disruptions.

This hands-on position is dedicated to fortifying the company's capacity to anticipate, endure, and bounce back from operational disruptions. The incumbent will manage cyber risk across the entire ecosystem, ensuring robust alignment between business needs and IT recovery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the ongoing enhancement of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework, covering Business Impact Analysis (BIA), plans, and alignment with IT recovery targets like RTO and RPO.
• Design and run crisis simulations, resilience tests, and recovery drills to identify gaps and track remediation efforts.
• Integrate incident response protocols, cyber crisis management, and business continuity workflows to ensure cohesive operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across business units, IT, procurement, and legal to support governance, reporting, and audit activities related to resilience.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in cyber security, with a primary emphasis on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Demonstrated track record of building and managing BCM and DR frameworks in large-scale enterprise settings, including both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of BIA, crisis management, IT disaster recovery strategies, and key resilience metrics such as RTO, RPO, and MTPD.
• Working familiarity with standards like ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST, paired with strong coordination and communication abilities.
