Endur Technical Business Analyst

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior Endur Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Switzerland or the UK, focusing on Openlink Endur configuration and implementation within energy trading environments.

This position sits within a dynamic trading technology group, where the primary objective is to manage the configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Openlink Endur platforms. The role is designed for a consultant who possesses deep expertise in Endur and a proven history of delivering successful projects in the commodities or energy trading sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the entire lifecycle of Endur implementations.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements concerning trading, risk management, and operational workflows.
• Configure and customize Endur solutions to address specific client needs, including deal modeling, settlement processes, and risk reporting.
• Perform gap analyses, suggest technical solutions, and contribute to test planning and execution for UAT and SIT.
• Assist with data migration, system integration efforts, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Produce clear functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, and project managers.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, including participation in two full-cycle implementations.
• A solid understanding of trading and risk management processes in energy, gas, power, oil, or commodities.
• Strong experience in TPA, JVS, AVS, and Endur’s data model.
• Familiarity with key Endur modules: deal capture, scheduling, settlements, confirmations, risk, and reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into Endur configuration and enhancements.
• Experience with system integration, market data feeds, and interfacing with upstream/downstream systems.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the UK or Switzerland.
