Trade Process Analyst

MET Group seeks an Associate Trade Process Analyst in Baar, CH, to manage ETRM business processes, support Endur, and bridge Trading, Middle Office, and IT for stable operations.

This role focuses on managing and optimizing Endur business processes throughout the trade lifecycle. The analyst serves as a Level 3 support specialist, ensuring precise deal booking while acting as a central liaison between Trading, Middle Office, and IT Application Operations. By handling day-to-day operational tasks, the position reduces dependency on senior subject matter experts and promotes scalable, stable workflows within the ETRM framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 business assistance for Endur trade and lifecycle challenges.
• Manage trade booking, modifications, and intricate deal configurations.
• Maintain end-to-end trade lifecycle integrity and ensure strict control compliance.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, and Middle Office teams to address operational hurdles.
• Convert business needs into precise functional specifications for IT development.
• Assist in business-driven change efforts and process enhancement projects.
• Take part in user acceptance testing and validation of ETRM system updates.
• Help document business processes and control mechanisms.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of energy trading and ETRM trade lifecycles.
• Three to five years of practical experience using Endur.
• Capability to analyze complex trades and operational problems.
• Excellent communication abilities across business and technology groups.
• Background in Middle Office, Operations, or Trading support positions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on controls.
