The company seeks a Senior Analyst for Private Wealth Operations in Zurich, focusing on trade and transfer operations, client payment due diligence, and global project participation within the PWM Operations team.
This position sits within the Account Activity Team of the Private Wealth Management Operations division in Zurich. The role supports all clients of GS Bank AG in Switzerland, collaborating closely with local and global PWM teams as well as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and global Operations departments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the PWM Business and its global network to address client inquiries.
- Conduct due diligence on client payments to protect funds against external fraud.
- Manage Security Transfers for PWM clients and develop expertise in custody structures.
- Reconcile incoming client cash and coordinate with Agent Banks to support the Treasury function.
- Join global PWM Operations projects to advance strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate operational procedures to reduce risk and enhance the control environment.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree alongside 1-3 years of experience in financial services operations.
- Demonstrate experience in Treasury functions, Asset Transfers, or Custody-related services.
- Show proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Maintain fluency in spoken English and possess professional writing capabilities.
