Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Environment Project Manager in Bellevue, CH, to lead the Group's environmental agenda, develop sustainability frameworks, and drive strategic initiatives across climate, circular economy, and biodiversity.
This position serves as the central driver for the Group’s environmental strategy. The incumbent will define, build, and refine a unified environmental framework that addresses key areas such as climate change, circular economy, biodiversity, and water stewardship. The role bridges high-level objectives with actionable roadmaps for the various Maisons within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Group policies and guidelines for priority environmental issues.
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for designing and launching environmental projects.
- Convert strategic environmental goals into practical, feasible action plans for the Group and its individual Maisons.
- Establish processes to identify, assess, and manage emerging environmental risks, regulatory shifts, and new opportunities.
- Set environmental targets and track progress, integrating digital tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Analyze environmental performance data to guide the continuous improvement of the environmental framework and support reporting needs.
- Partner with sustainability teams, operational departments, and central functions to integrate environmental considerations into daily business operations.
- Create and deliver clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Promote knowledge sharing and build internal capabilities regarding environmental topics across the Group.
- Monitor global environmental trends, scientific developments, and industry best practices to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in environmental management, sustainability strategy, or a comparable field.
- Proven track record working with environmental reporting standards such as GRI and TCFD, as well as target-setting methods like SBTi.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods sector.
- Prior experience within large international organizations or consulting firms.
