The company seeks a Mid-level Product Owner to coordinate Windows Basic activities across Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland, ensuring secure delivery and agile backlog management while collaborating with engineering and external partners.
This position supports the Product Manager by executing the Windows Basic strategy for the European market. The role serves as a bridge between local operations in Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland, and broader product management, engineering teams, and external partners to align activities with group requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the secure and high-quality delivery of all Windows Basic initiatives across Europe.
- Develop and maintain the product backlog in alignment with the strategic roadmap and group standards within an Agile framework.
- Draft detailed functional descriptions for themes, epics, and user stories to guide the feature team.
- Prioritize work items based on established strategic goals.
- Coordinate release planning and provide regular updates on progress, release details, and roadmap status.
- Provide prompt functional clarification to the team regarding user stories.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer project managers.
- Contribute to monthly steering committees alongside senior workplace management.
- Monitor and report on technical debt, facilitating communication with partner entities to address it.
- Maintain clear communication within internal team spaces regarding backlog governance and management.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience managing workplace projects.
- Solid understanding of IT domains and modern workplace device management solutions.
- Proven track record working as a Product Owner using Agile methodologies.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
