The company seeks a Senior Executive Chauffeur Coordinator based in Zürich to manage a VIP chauffeur team, oversee fleet operations, and arrange secure ground transfers for senior leadership. The role requires extensive chauffeur experience, strong communication skills, and residence within a 45-minute commute of the Quai Zurich Headquarters.

This position is responsible for ensuring safe and secure ground transportation for senior executives and their guests. The role involves coordinating the chauffeur team, managing the company's vehicle fleet to maintain exceptional operating conditions, and handling logistics for board members and leadership. The coordinator ensures that mobility needs are met efficiently, keeping the organization moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the executive chauffeur team to handle all transportation requests.
• Arrange secure and timely travel for senior leaders and board members.
• Ensure all executive transport is conducted safely and comfortably.
• Manage general travel assignments, including work outside standard hours when necessary.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in optimal operational condition.
• Oversee fleet management activities.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external transportation providers.

Requirements

• Hold a fully qualified professional chauffeur license for limousines, buses, or other people transport vehicles, including all required Swiss driving permits (BPT/121).
• Possess at least eight years of experience in the service industry, specifically in VIP or limousine transportation and hospitality.
• Demonstrate a positive, confident, and service-oriented attitude.
• Communicate fluently and effectively in both German and English.
• Be physically fit and dynamic.
• Maintain a discreet, polite, and highly reliable demeanor with a clean criminal record.
• Reside within a 45-minute commute of the Quai Zurich Headquarters.
