Logitech seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer and Leadership Team in Zurich. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex executive schedules and global initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
This role supports the Chief Commercial Officer and Leadership Team by enabling leadership effectiveness and operational excellence. It involves coordinating executive priorities, managing complex logistics, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration across global teams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage detailed calendars, schedule meetings, travel, and other executive commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and manage documents such as emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team.
- Organize meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Lead planning and execution of global events and executive engagements.
- Assist with special projects, research, data collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless team coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking.
- Oversee new employee onboarding, including training, information sharing, and equipment setup.
- Serve as a resource for the team on internal tools and processes.
- Ensure team awareness of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Be available to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Support quarterly planning, leadership offsites, and executive rhythm-of-business processes.
- Assist with organizational change management and communication rollouts.
- Facilitate alignment between departments and global teams across time zones.
- Support procurement coordination efforts.
- Provide backup support for other Executive Assistants during absences.
- Coordinate internal recognition, team engagement, and culture-building activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in roles such as Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner, preferably in global commercial, sales, or marketing settings.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to exercise sound judgment.
- Global mindset with the ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and time zones.
- Professional maturity and executive presence to work independently.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
