The company seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and business management support to the Co-Market Head Switzerland, based in Zürich with regular travel to Geneva.

This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Co-Market Head Switzerland, reporting directly to the senior leader in Geneva. The role plays a key part in driving the development and expansion of the Geneva branch by blending executive assistance with core business coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Co-Market Head’s schedule by coordinating meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Draft agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and talking points for various internal and external engagements.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics, including itineraries, visa processing, accommodations, and expense documentation.
  • Screen incoming communications, manage sensitive correspondence, and ensure prompt follow-up on all matters.
  • Act as the primary link between headquarters and the Geneva office to maintain alignment on policies and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Compliance and Legal to handle documentation and secure necessary approvals.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for the Geneva branch through weekly and monthly summaries.
  • Support internal governance by organizing regional management committee meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Assist in implementing local growth strategies as directed by the Co-Market Head.
  • Identify and propose process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and client matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in executive support or business coordination, ideally within private banking or financial services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Zürich and Geneva.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a senior executive environment.
  • Solid understanding of wealth management business models, organizational structures, and performance drivers.
  • Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French is considered a strong advantage.
