BridgeBio Pharma seeks an FP&A Intern in Zug for a 6–12 month role focused on finance process innovation, reporting automation, and budget support within a hybrid work environment.
The company is offering a full-time internship lasting between six and twelve months, aimed at expanding professional expertise within an international healthcare setting. The successful candidate will report to the International FP&A Director and collaborate closely with the US FP&A team. The core objective of this position is to drive improvements and innovation within financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, enhance headcount allocation methods, and create P&L views segmented by region, cluster, and country.
- Support the annual budgeting and latest outlook cycles, while helping to develop presentations for management reporting.
- Coordinate the quarterly forecast cycle to ensure data accuracy, provide clear variance insights, and align with both internal goals and external expectations.
- Assist with P&L reporting and analyze monthly financial performance.
- Maintain cost transparency and control by conducting variance analysis against budgets, tracking run rates and purchase order commitments, and monitoring progress against financial targets.
- Collaborate on headcount reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring data integrity and delivering workforce insights.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Show proven proficiency with modern AI tools and workflows, specifically including platforms like Claude.
- Possess a foundational understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Demonstrate fluent English language skills.
