This position is for a German-speaking Outsourcing Manager responsible for overseeing collections outsourcing operations at a prominent German bank. The role ensures alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic business goals through effective vendor management and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage outsourcing activities related to collections within the bank.
- Build and maintain relationships with external collection agencies and service providers.
- Track and assess the performance of outsourced collections against service level agreements.
- Develop and apply strategies to enhance collection outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Work with internal teams to ensure outsourcing plans support overall business goals.
- Create regular reports and presentations on collections and outsourcing performance.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in debt collection and outsourcing.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections management, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in outsourcing, vendor management, and sales operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
