Global Principal Clinical Scientist - Cardiorenal

CSL Behring Vifor seeks a Global Principal Clinical Scientist for Cardiorenal in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, to lead clinical development strategies and programs.

Based in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, this principal-level position is responsible for leading the creation and execution of Clinical Development Programs. The incumbent provides high-level scientific guidance to shape clinical strategies within the cardiorenal therapeutic area, ensuring safe and efficient program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and implementation of Clinical Development Programs.
• Provide scientific expertise to ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned clinical initiatives.
• Define the scientific strategy for various components of multiple programs.
• Guide project teams in establishing and delivering clinical strategies through mentorship and collaboration.
• Draft clinical study documents and conduct critical reviews of submission materials.
• Analyze and interpret clinical data to contribute to the writing of clinical study reports.
• Contribute to the authorship and review of scientific manuscripts and conference abstracts.
• Establish clear interfaces and foster close collaboration with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Allied Health, or Engineering.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or biomedical research sectors.
• At least five years of experience in managing projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of drug development and manufacturing processes, including CMC, non-clinical, clinical, and Regulatory Affairs.
