The Group Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for the Code Quality domain, leading a team of Product Managers to promote modern coding practices for millions of developers.
Responsibilities
- Create a clear product vision and roadmap that links company objectives with technical advancements in code analysis.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, maintaining high standards in product development and supporting career growth.
- Achieve measurable results by balancing new revenue, maintaining Sonar’s market position, and advancing detection innovation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Domain Leadership to align on investments, priorities, and domain-specific operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers or multi-squad initiatives in B2B or developer-focused companies.
- Demonstrated success in complex technical fields such as developer tools, static analysis, or platforms.
- Strong skills in identifying problems, creating outcome-driven roadmaps, and simplifying technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Experience with modern software development lifecycle tools including CI/CD, IDEs, and DevOps practices.
