Group Product Manager

SonarSource seeks a Group Product Manager in Geneva to lead the Code Quality domain, shaping product vision and managing a team of Product Managers. The role focuses on technical innovation, revenue growth, and developer tooling, with onsite work and full-time employment.

The Group Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for the Code Quality domain, leading a team of Product Managers to promote modern coding practices for millions of developers.

Responsibilities

• Create a clear product vision and roadmap that links company objectives with technical advancements in code analysis.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, maintaining high standards in product development and supporting career growth.
• Achieve measurable results by balancing new revenue, maintaining Sonar’s market position, and advancing detection innovation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Domain Leadership to align on investments, priorities, and domain-specific operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers or multi-squad initiatives in B2B or developer-focused companies.
• Demonstrated success in complex technical fields such as developer tools, static analysis, or platforms.
• Strong skills in identifying problems, creating outcome-driven roadmaps, and simplifying technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Experience with modern software development lifecycle tools including CI/CD, IDEs, and DevOps practices.
