Head Global Category Management Colored Sinks (hybrid) 1

Franke seeks a Senior Head of Global Category Management for Colored Sinks in Aarburg, CH. The role leads category strategy, innovation, and lifecycle management to establish market leadership in colored food-preparation solutions.

This position sits within the Central Category Management organization and reports directly to the Head of Global Category Management Sinks & Accessories in Italy. The primary objective is to transform the Colored Sinks category, positioning Franke as the worldwide leader in colored food-preparation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global portfolio across Fragranite, Tectonite, and Ceramic segments.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen market position and drive growth.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through commercialization, including pricing and go-to-market plans.
• Handle product launches, phase-outs, and margin optimization.
• Achieve financial targets and foster cross-category integration for system solutions.
• Convert consumer insights and design trends into distinct products.
• Coordinate across regions and functions to ensure successful execution and alignment.

Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience, preferably in an international setting.
• Deep knowledge of the sinks sector or similar industries, including global market trends and technical details.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams as a coach and enabler.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a focus on execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset that challenges conventions and prioritizes outcomes.
• Genuine interest in design and customer value creation.
• Emphasis on practical results rather than theoretical ideas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Readiness for international travel exceeding 30% of the time.
