Head of Operations

Hitex S.A. seeks a Head of Operations to lead process optimization, warehouse automation, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and customers, ensuring efficient product realization and quality in a new facility.

This executive position drives the integration of development and production activities to accelerate customer product launches. The role focuses on streamlining workflows, managing facility transitions, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency and quality across operations.

Responsibilities

• Streamline processes and workflows within a lean, new facility.
• Manage inventory consolidation and disposal of obsolete stock.
• Support customers through the full product realization cycle, from component sourcing and PCB design to testing, packaging, fulfillment, and post-sale support.
• Automate manual tasks to improve workflow precision and speed.
• Deploy new warehouse management systems and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Investigate AI applications to enhance operational intelligence.
• Coordinate with Infineon's R&D teams to align customer development efforts with Hitex production capabilities.
• Oversee the relocation to a new building and conduct annual inventory audits.
• Learn and adapt to existing structures and operational procedures.
