Stadlerrail seeks a part-time HR Business Partner in Odense, CH, to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure Danish labor law compliance, and support strategic HR initiatives.
The company is looking for a professional to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and staff in Denmark. This position blends strategic planning with day-to-day operational duties, covering every stage of the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all human resources procedures throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Provide guidance to managers on personnel matters and act as a sounding board for people-related decisions.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and manage annual salary review cycles.
- Guarantee adherence to Danish employment regulations and internal organizational standards.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and data quality assurance.
- Prepare and verify payroll information for the external service provider to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
- Assist with conflict resolution and manage labor law-related issues.
- Contribute to various HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Participate in audits and ensure high standards of data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner capacity.
- Deep understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of Danish labor law.
- Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment with both administrative and operational tasks.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong independent working skills.
- A structured and reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different company sites.
- Native-level Danish proficiency and fluent English skills.

- Prior experience in preparing payroll data.
