HRIS Specialist – CDD

Roger Dubuis seeks an HRIS Specialist in Meyrin to manage Workday, support users, and ensure process compliance. The role requires 5+ years of experience and fluency in French and English.

The company is looking for a specialist to oversee its HRIS ecosystem, with a primary focus on the Workday platform. This position is responsible for maintaining system efficiency, guiding users through changes, and ensuring that all HR processes adhere to established standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize system issues or enhancement requests, working with HRIS Level 3 support, Group HR, and Product Owners to resolve them.
• Facilitate change management efforts and engage the HR community to improve the adoption of the system.
• Create and keep current detailed documentation for all HRIS-related procedures.
• Deliver technical and functional assistance to Workday users, handling inquiries and troubleshooting via SNOW tickets.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Workday platform.
• Strong customer service abilities and effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and work well within a team.
• The capacity to work autonomously and take proactive initiative.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English, in speaking and writing.
