Flyability seeks an HR Intern in Paudex to support recruitment, onboarding, and office administration within a collaborative team.
This internship places you within a small, dedicated People team of three professionals. The group focuses on maintaining a high-performing and happy workforce in an international setting, ensuring that employees thrive while working toward shared objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative duties such as drafting employment contracts, updating employee records, and processing work permits and accident declarations.
- Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, contacting educational institutions, and organizing interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee the complete onboarding journey for new hires, including creating agendas and coordinating with managers to ensure a welcoming first day.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Generalist, including assisting with projects, process improvements, and internal initiatives.
- Help the Office Manager with daily operations, supplier orders, workspace organization, and various operational tasks.
- Handle access rights for internal systems and tools for both new joiners and departing staff.
- Support internal projects, company events, and culture-building activities to boost employee engagement.
Requirements
- Hold a CFC qualification as an Office Clerk (Employé(e) de commerce), preferably with HR or administrative experience, or be currently studying in a related area.
- Speak fluent French and possess at least a B2 level of English.
- Be proficient with standard office software and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Show professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee data.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy.
