ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Junior ICT Supporter in Zug to manage IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to an international team in a hybrid setting.

This position serves as a key technical resource for a dynamic, international group that prioritizes innovation and proactive problem-solving. The specialist ensures daily IT operations run without interruption while actively contributing to digital transformation initiatives and supporting both remote and on-site event requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-tier assistance via the Service Desk for various IT infrastructure services.
• Oversee the health and performance of computers, servers, networks, and mobile endpoints.
• Assist with technical needs for events, providing support from the headquarters or directly at the venue.
• Keep hardware and software records current and accurate.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to help users navigate systems and tools effectively.
• Draft and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Handle the scheduling and execution of software patches and system updates.
• Participate in projects focused on IT infrastructure improvements and digitalization efforts.

Requirements

• Possess between two and four years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a closely related field.
• Hold a completed commercial apprenticeship alongside additional specialized education in information technology.
• Demonstrate fluent spoken and written proficiency in both English and German.

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, ISO, or comparable industry standards.
